On September 30th, Insamlingsstiftelsen Sverige-Ukraina took part in a meeting with Ambassador Svitlana Zalishchuk and the team at the Embassy of Ukraine in Sweden, which brought together representatives from 16 Swedish civil society organizations and volunteer initiatives supporting Ukraine.
As the first meeting of its kind, it provided a valuable opportunity for organisations to connect, exchange experiences and ideas, and establish new contacts. The participants agreed to make the meeting an annual event, creating a platform to strengthen coordination, discuss Ukraine’s evolving needs, share knowledge, and explore new opportunities for collaboration and support.
We are grateful to the Embassy of Ukraine for bringing us together and hosting such a productive meeting. We look forward to continuing these discussions, strengthening cooperation among Swedish civil society organizations, and finding new ways to support the people of Ukraine.
